There's no waiting room full of couches and no team of service advisors — what you get instead is one experienced mechanic giving your car undivided attention, photographing everything found, and answering for the work personally.
Everything runs by appointment. We agree a drop-off time when you book, the work is done in your slot with the car getting full focus, and you collect at an agreed time — usually the same day. An interim service typically takes about an hour of workshop time and a full service two to three, so we'll tell you a realistic collection time up front rather than leave you guessing.
